Philip Bloom

Consultant in Strategic Marketing and Geopolitics

Philip was born in England, but emigrated to France for professional and personal reasons in 1991. Until 2002 he lived in Paris before moving to Marseilles.

Philip originally studied Law before specializing in International business & political strategy. For many years he led a think-tank on behalf of a British political party working closely with Parliamentarians both in London and in Europe, advising on international policies. He continues his political work acting as a lobbyist for a variety of institutional clients and is involved in Brexit negotiations.

In England, he was an elected City Councillor in Hull (population 325 000) for several years. He became Deputy Leader and as Chairman of the Finance Committee and was responsible for managing an annual budget of around £ 300 million.

He changed his business career when joining his sister in her marketing consultancy in Oxford. Today, he is an independent consultant with clients including private companies, public institutions and non-profit making associations.

His other work includes management training and coaching for executives changing careers or requiring skills updating. He is also a lecturer and conference speaker in international business schools both in France and overseas.
